Powerful Faith Over Fear class tonight.
Ryan knocked his first bag down tonight, but even more powerful than that was watching hearts open up and people lean into their faith.
Tonight we talked about the woman in the Bible who simply touched the hem of Jesus’ garment. Just one touch. One act of faith. And she was healed instantly. It’s a reminder that faith the size of a mustard seed can still move mountains.
Imagine what happens when we stop putting ourselves first and start putting Christ first. Imagine more of His peace, His healing, His love, and His purpose over our own understanding.
This class is more than a workout. It’s people breaking chains, growing in faith, lifting each other up, and realizing we were never meant to fight battles alone.
Faith over fear. Every time.
Members, tag yourselves, share how God is moving hearts at a boxing gym! The boxing gloves are just a tool

WHY RESILIENT BOXING? This story… that’s why. 🥊
Meet Hank.
Hank is only 12 years old and started his journey with us at Resilient Boxing less than 6 months ago. We’re more than a boxing gym — we’re a faith-based community that lifts people up, pushes each other outside our comfort zones, and helps bring out the best version of ourselves.
One thing that makes us unique is our punch tracking system. We can measure punch power and count every punch thrown. Around here, everyone is chasing a goal — making it into the 100,000 Punch Club.
At just 12 years old, Hank has put in the work, stayed consistent, and kept showing up. After months of hard work and determination, he officially hit the milestone!
To celebrate, we surprised him with a Resilient Threads hoodie. Hard work deserves to be recognized.
So proud of you, Hank. Keep showing up, keep growing, and keep proving that age doesn’t define heart.
YOUR TIME IS NOW.

Growing up at South Broadway Athletic Club, the owner of Resilient Boxing saw firsthand the respect their coaches had for police officers. They trained many law enforcement officers and often did it for little to no cost. That lesson of giving back and supporting those who serve the community has always stayed with him.
That’s one of the reasons events like the 10-78 Project Ruck mean so much to Resilient Boxing.
This Saturday at 9AM, the community is invited to come together for this free event, with already over 90 people signed up to participate.
Resilient Boxing will be there supporting the cause, and everyone is welcome to join. If you’d like more details or want to participate, send us a message. 🇺🇸🥊
