On October 13, D1 Training Novi is opening our doors to the entire community for Breast Cancer Awareness Day. Every class we offer that day will be FREE for all ages and all fitness levels — because we believe strength is more powerful when we share it.
This day is about more than training. It’s about coming together, honoring the incredible survivors, remembering those who have fought this battle, and standing beside every person and family affected by breast cancer. 🎀

15 KIDS. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE STANDARD. 💪🏽
Tonight’s Devo/Prep group was a perfect reminder that D1 Novi is about so much more than workouts.
It’s about building a community where great kids and great families come together, challenge each other, support each other, and grow together.
We’re not just trying to make these athletes stronger, faster, or more athletic. We’re helping them build the habits, confidence, discipline, and character that will carry them far beyond the turf.
And honestly… having 15 kids show up ready to work, learn, laugh, and grow together is what makes this so special. 🙌🏽
