I’ve taken a Sabbatical during a Sabbatical 😉 I’m back and ready to Vibe High with you all. Made an amazing dinner from leftovers and collards goin bad in the fridge. If I don’t say so myself...it was well worth the wait. Collard Green Wraps w/dipping sauce‼️ You have questions...I’ve got answers😊

How and what we eat affects our thoughts, sleep, Skin and digestion❗️As an Esthetician I have to walk it like I talk it. Don’t get me wrong I struggle with some things, but I also pay attention to how certain foods make me feel. This is my 1st meal today after my morning cocktail of fresh squeezed lime juice 16 oz.
Broiled Salmon w/peppers & onions on a bed of raw spinach, yams and asparagus. I eat salmon once a week. Weaning myself off meat completely. If you eat meat, eat with at least 2 veggies and a raw salad. The body cannot break down meat, starch, veggie, bread, soup, dessert and drink. This becomes a life of pain, premature death and wealthy insurance, pharmaceutical companies along with the medical doctors🤷🏽‍♀️this has been your PSA for the day😊
