Here at Precision Lines Painting, we provide a comprehensive service for our customers that extends beyond painting projects. On this exterior painting project, we power washed the entire exterior. The following pictures show the rotted wood that was removed and replaced. We are currently undertaking caulking and bare wood priming. Follow us for the final paint phase, as we will be posting pictures of the completed project in the coming week.

Final phase at this jobsite we are wrapping up in Columbiaville, MI, painting finish wall paint in all areas completing the painting scope of work. We still have to stain and seal the fireplace mantle and exterior porch ceiling and beams. Will provide finish pictures of that phase as well

Completing the final phase of our new construction project in Pinckney with wall paint and finishing touches, preparing it for handover to the homeowner for the long-awaited final move-in.

Continuing with scraping and oil-based priming of all plaster repairs as necessary. During the repair process, we discovered rotted wood caused by a leaking window. We promptly notified the homeowner of the existing damage and the necessary steps to repair the affected areas. Following the repair, we proceeded with refinishing the room, applying high-quality paint to all areas, thereby completing a significant transformation of the living room.

On this project, we scraped and sanded the popcorn ceiling, applied oil-based primer to loose plaster areas, and repaired the ceiling to a smooth finish. We repainted the ceiling, trim, and walls with high-quality Sherwin Williams paints, achieving an amazing transformation.
