Even the birds want to go to Lu Sutton! This little one flew into our library and Mrs. Flores rescued it and set it free. Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow!🐦⬛

If you happen to be driving down the road past my school, you might have seen this sign. What you might not know is that JJ is …. our garbage man, and he is a ROCK STAR to our TK and Kindergarten students.
When he rolls in to empty our dumpsters, ALL recess play comes to a halt and the kids run to the fence to wave and cheer. JJ is so wonderful to our kids. He waves , smiles and asks how their day is going. It’s fantastic.
Now as they drive their routes during the week the guys in the truck give a little honk as they go by, and even if I’m in another part of the school, I hear a cheer from my littles… because one of our community helpers…. Is awesome!
