The California Events Coalition advocates and supports career event professionals who work in live events. We are producers, creatives, hospitality, planners, caterers, talent, musicians, DJs, technicians, general contractors, engineers, suppliers, manufacturers and small businesses. We create extraordinary experiences for our clients and we are now in crisis.



Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had a devastating impact on the live events industry. The California Events Coalition was created to provide advocacy, support and resources for our community. We aim to communicate the catastrophic effects of COVID-19 on the business of live events during the statewide conversation to ensure we’re included in policies and relief aid packages moving forward.



We are committed to be a part of the conversation, we are devoted to being part of the solution, and we are dedicated to preserving our businesses and the industry we all treasure.
