Omg it's basically summer.
For me, summer is all stone fruit everything. Corn, too, but that's for next week.
Right now, we are loving the peaches from doublewildfarm and the blackberries from Front Porch Farm so much. They cook down with a lot of vanilla beans and then we bake them in an einkorn and Straus Family Creamery butter crust, then top with lightly salted, cultured, barely sweetened whipped Straus cream.
The stone fruit squares are our croissant dough with a Heilala Vanilla bean mascarpone mousse, Marshall’s Farm | Bay Area Raw Honey glaze, pumpkin seeds, and apricots and plums from my trees, which I planted with my son when he was 3. He's now 7!

Super special personal delivery today for our friends
It's particularly cool because we actually looked at this space years ago (before it was Wicked Slush) so to get to deliver fresh treats here in Novato every week feels like coming (wait for it) HOHM!

Wednesdays and Thursdays are negotiable
Starting at $25/hour and up (depending on experience and references)
Great kitchen, great ingredients, great people
Main job is proofing, baking, garnishing/packing market and wholesale pastries
Minimum two years professional baking experience preferred.
