A beautiful wooden tall dresser refinished in a custom lilac colored paint. The top and the top drawer are stained in a dark walnut. Beautiful rose detailing, with Art Deco inspired pulls. Finished with dark wax to have a distressed look. Drawers are lined with floral and butterfly paper.

My writing desk is ready! I got this desk at an estate sale for free. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it smelled like ni****ne. I tried many ways to remove the smell, but the best way was adding a clear coat of Shellac to cover that smell, and it worked! It was originally one solid dark wood color which I loved, but the shellac kind of gave it texture so I decided to paint it with chalk paint. I made my own color mix and it turned into this minty blue. I love how it came out and it’s smell free!
