Our Pre-K and Two’s classrooms had a very special visitor today from the BPD Detective Unit! Our friends are still talking about him. 🚓

The kids loved learning how detectives help keep our community safe. They were fascinated with their new detective badges, their magnifying glasses, and the bags of goodies donated by BPD.👮‍♂️🚨

It is so important for our children to have positive interactions with law enforcement, and our Detective was wonderful with them. Thank you for teaching us that police officers are our friends and helpers and for protecting and serving our community so fearlessly! 💙👏

We had the most wonderful visit today for Community Helper Week! A huge thank you to Nurse Leah for stopping by to teach our little ones all about what nurses do to keep us healthy and strong. ❤️🩹

The kids absolutely loved seeing your "superhero" gear—from the stethoscope and your “scrubs” to your thermometer and getting to test your germ tracker powder ! 🧤🌡️

Our PreK students had a blast learning about the world of food service for Community Helper Week! A huge thank you to the BK team for hosting us, showing our little learners what it takes to serve our community with a smile, and being so welcoming with our curious group.😊🙌

Our Pre-K classroom had a "scales-and-tails" kind of day! 🦎✨

We were so excited to welcome Ms. Deborah, a Veterinary Care Technician to our class today. She taught us that vet techs are like "nurses for animals," helping everything from tiny hamsters to big dogs stay healthy and strong.

The highlight of the visit was meeting her special assistant: Rick, the Bearded Dragon! 🧡

Our "mini-vets" practiced their gentle hands and asked so many smart questions. It was a wonderful day of discovery and learning about the different ways we care for all creatures, great and small! 🐾🩺
