As we prepare to close Royal Performance Training, itβs with a heavy heart that we share this news. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support, enthusiasm, and dedication that made Royal what it was - a place of true transformation and camaraderie.
Though itβs an emotional goodbye, we are thrilled that Coach Karina and Irene will carry forward their passion for coaching. They are ready to guide you through personalized training sessions, helping you to continue achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Please follow their individual pages for updates and training tips, and make sure to show them your support as we make this transition. The Royal Performance page will be deleted next week, so letβs stay connected and keep building on the foundations of our community. Together, we rise!

Your muscle mass protects your "gold" in the same way from the ravages of time and aging.
Aging tries to take away your confidence, physical freedom, long-term independence, and resilience...
Without sufficient muscle mass, the aging process will be successful sooner than is comfortable to admit.

How many of you actually know if you're eating enough food to support your body's daily functions let alone adding in working out and other tasks throughout the day?

Not sure? Well, basically if you're eating enough food, you should feel great and life shouldn't suck. Almost EVERYTHING gets better with more food, just in case you weren't sure.

Indicators you might not be eating enough calories:

π blood sugar crashes
π΄ poor sleep/can't stay asleep
