Opus 23 now allows you to convert raw data from several otherwise unsupported platforms so that they can then be used as a raw data file in Opus 23. From Opus23, just select 'Convert Data File' from the 'Manage' pull-down menu.

Although Opus23 supports direct uploading of common data files, such as 23andMe, Diagnostic Solutions Lab and Ancestry, you can also convert certain non-supported raw data files into a form that you can download and use in Opus 23 for direct importing.

When converted, Opus 23 will recognize the converted file as a 23andMe file and then allow you to upload it.

Note the file must be a compressed (ZIP) file. If the file is an uncompressed TXT or CSV file you can easily compress the file directly on your conputer: A simple search of the internet will provide specific directions for creating a ZIP file for your particular type of computer.

Throwing this out for answers/ suggestions. Diagnostic Solutions Lab is not currently running genetic testing (I'm told this is a technical issues that they feel can be resolved in the next week or two, however this has been going on since late January.) A few Opus23 users have asked me what would be the preferred company to use until DSL comes back online. I've been told that 23AndMe has made downloading raw data easier again after they kinda locked it down following their data breach. Any other ideas?

The Opus 23 Report Wizards now only analyze and report indicated agents that are relevant to the selected report categories. For example, selecting the Methylation category returns only methylation-relevant agent suggestions. Selecting multiple categories will only use those categories.

Per the conversation below with Sharon Erdrich all Opus 23algorithm popups now have a CURATE/ UNCURATE function. Just click on the link in the upper right side of the popup window to toggle the algorithm's curation status. As with most new hacks, there may be bugs so let me know if you find any.
