TUTOR 101 is not a part of a Multi-Billion dollar Big-Name Franchise; nor does it employ teachers with fancy degrees and/or qualifications. At TUTOR 101 we have a good heart and strive hard to make the learning experience of each student enjoyable. We do try to go the extra mile to bring out the mettle in our students and constantly push , nudge, cajole, and challenge them to perform better at all the times. We have very many success stories to share; and are sure, very many parents would readily vouch for this.
But this post is not about any of these.
Read ahead ... rather, look ahead [4 pictures]. Comments welcome.

Bentonville Public Library - Youth Literature Festival 04/27/2015

Remember to attend and/or sign-up for volunteering at the Youth Literature Festival. Here is the message from YLF:

"Please join us this Saturday at the brand new Bentonville Community Center off I street. Authors and illustrators from all over the country will be speaking about reading, writing and creativity. They are all entertaining and motivational speakers! Award winning authors Kashmira Sheth, Obert Skye and EB Lewis and others will be speaking.

Bentonville Public Library - Youth Literature Festival A signature event that brings together young readers, writers and artists with the creators of many popular books in the world of youth literature.

Bentonville Public Library is coordinating Youth Literature Festival, this year too. I notice that Ms. Kashmira Sheth, one of our accomplished authors will be speaking 4 times at the Bentonville Community Center. She will also need several volunteer assistants. Details on how to signup can be obtained from Bentonville Public Library.
I opine that this is a great opportunity for young adults and parents to participate as volunteers; if that's not possible, you may want to consider just attending. Being a student assistant is a great opportunity to really get to know an author!
There are 3 ways to participate in the Youth Lit Fest:
1. Attend activities at the library or author/illustrator presentations at the new Community Center. For more information and registration - Bentonville Public Library - Welcome to the Library!
2. Students in grades 4 through 12 can volunteer as a Student Author Ambassador. Information and sign-up atwww.signupgenius.com/go/8050C4CA8A82AA64-bentonvilles1
3. Parents can volunteer as an Adult Author Ambassador. Information and sign-up at www.signupgenius.com/go/8050C4CA8A82AA64-bentonvilles
