With taproot restaurant in the rear view, we focus on ALL things Taproot! We will use this page to promote and share everything going on in the Taproot universe.

Currently is operating at 51 wall st in Norwalk. We are also planning to get our food truck back in action for some fun events and pop ups.

One of the more popular dishes in the menu for a few months combines a beautifully local with the classic preparation. Both confit and sunchoke chips to finish it off. We will miss it but time to move on… soon!
