Through partnership with Norwalk High School’s Pilot Work Internship Program, we welcome and as our first two interns this semester. This unique program focuses on reaching the amazingly diverse immigrant population of students in Norwalk. During their time here they will be learning and gaining experience in coaching, marketing, sales, and daily management of our facility.

Little change of pace with Gaelic Football & Hurling hanging out after Speed & Agility class with Coach Mike! The group focused on topics such as running mechanics, plyometrics, agility movements, and injury prevention!

Due to the weather today, Saturday March 2, all scheduled classes until 1pm will be cancelled.

The facility will open at 1pm.

Our Academy classes this afternoon will be held at normal time.
We will be running on our normal schedule today.
