Mid Fairfield AIDS Project is a nonprofit organization in Norwalk. We address a myriad of needs that plague very low income men women and children.
We: help people with HIV/AIDS, testing for HIV/Hep C, rental assistance, congregate transitional living program, needle exchange and drug Treatment. MFAP began in 1987 as an AIDS Service Organization and has evolved into a comprehensive provider that serves many diverse populations.
