Replaced the concealed door closer and installed a new deadlatch. Building was experiencing issues with the door staying open, allowing unauthorized access. Door is now operating properly and closing securely.

Main control board on LiftMaster gate operator was found to be fried and damaged, causing system malfunction. Removed defective control board and installed new replacement unit. Tested system after installation gate is now operating properly and responding

Door and frame were replaced at the warehouse due to the previous door being bent and heavily rusted. New hardware was installed with the door including a surface closer, exit panic device, latch guard, rain drip, door sweep, and threshold. The entrance is now fully secure and functioning properly.

Installed two FAAC swing door operators on this tall custom double-door. An ADA-compliant push-button is mounted on the exterior / interior wall. The operators are configured for power-assist and fully automatic activation, opening automatically when the door is pushed manually when not using button.
