For today's STEM we learned and paid honor to George Crum he invented the potato chip . In 1853 George was a chef at restaurant and customer sent back his potato saying they were to thick , so out of spite George sliced the potatoes super thin and fried them in hopes that the customer would hate them but to his surprise they were a hit and thus the potato chip was born. We got to taste a few different chips today. -Ms.Amber class.
