Unfortunately, you will be hard pressed to find any trace of the Akron Racers at Firestone Stadium. The City of Akron has removed the last of us - the retired numbers. I’m not sure why. Whether they like it or not, we are and always will be a part of its history... 🙁

State championships this weekend. Tallmadge playing now.

The turf is done on both fields. All restrooms have been updated. I hope lots of girls get the opportunity to play here.

Updated pictures of the Firestone Stadium complex. The main Diamond looks finished. The Pony field looks ready for it’s turf. It also appears they are fencing in the entire complex. All of this would have helped so much when Joey and staff were programming the stadium! Happy for all the girls going forward who will get to play on these awesome fields!💕
