Just abother day for us

Haven't posted in awhile. We have been very busy trying to keep up. We've been waterproofing, installing water/sewer lines. Downspout undergrounds, drainage and everything imbetween.

Here's another project we wrapped up earlier in this new year, a building pad for a new pole building. We hauled in approx 280 ton of premium fill, compacted and raised the grade in lifts.

Topsoil removed and footings dug for a new detached garage

One of a few posts were going to make. This was a block wall when we started. After just a little bit of digging, block removal. We had the opening roughed in and ready to install a new egress window with window well so the customer could add a basement bedroom to there property. Only thing left is set the cover on the window well once there done on the inside. We gave a prebackfill around well picture

We were called for a retaining wall that had quite the lean from the years, with a demo of the failing section of the existing wall. We reinstalled Oberfield Versa Lok retaining block. Backed with Wash gravel.
