If you listen to what most people have to say about the fitness industry it would be pretty negative. I’ll admit I’m tired of reading about all the problems: bad trainers, bad gyms, misinformation, too much information, unsafe diets, etc. It goes on and on. If planks are hard for you to do or you find it difficult to get up and down from the floor then this variation is a good option.
