I’ve seen this twice now customer running their machine with water in the fuel filter for so long that the bottom of the filter rusts out. Unfortunately for this customer the rust was able to migrate its way to his fuel injection pump and fuel injectors. The dark spot in the pump is the rust that accumulated around the pressure control solenoid. The injection pump and injectors will need to be replaced and with it being a common rail fuel injection system it’s not cheap. Please keep your fuel filters replaced and your fuel clean.

Was using my skid steer and all the sudden it stopped and now will not start. I came out to this bobcat skid steer and found that the main battery fuse block was so corroded thag the eyelets just disintegrated causing lost power to the main fuse box. This is why it is important to keep the inside of your skid steer clean.

Someone hit me and now it won’t cranks but won’t start. Came out to this one and found that someone hit the fuel tank causing the fuel pump to dislodge from its module. Pulled the pump assembly completely apart and reassembled it saving the customer from buying a new one.

No air conditioning? I found that there was a low volume of air coming from the vents. Had to remove what felt like 500 lb seat to get access to the HVAC unit. The evaporator was plugged with dust and dirt. I cleaned it out and it’s now working like it should.
