This one was a labor of love and very special to me. It was for my Grandpa’s 80th birthday and my first sugar free cake!! This cake was chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. 🎂🍫

Do you want to build a snowman?! This is my very first three tier that I made for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Loved how this came out, picture doesn’t do it justice. This cake was made with 8” funfetti and a 4” chocolate tiers. Another nice way to add height if you don’t need all the cake for a specific look is a decorated acrylic layer.
