At just 4 months old, Rolo has already experienced quite a whirlwind. Soon after arriving in her new home, her owners discovered that their child had a severe allergy. The situation quickly became an emergency, with their child needing hospitalization. Although devastated, the family knew they had to act in their child’s best interest, however, they were informed returning Rolo to where they got her from was not a possibility at that time.

That’s when we got the call.

Knowing the urgency and the stakes, we made space and welcomed Rolo into our care.

Understandably, Rolo is a bit nervous right now. Not only is she adjusting to a brand-new environment, but she is also recovering from her spay surgery. Despite everything, she remains incredibly sweet and loving. She gets along with other animals and has a special fondness for cats.

Rolo is now looking for a peaceful, loving home—one that will give her the same warmth she briefly had and the time she needs to fully decompress and rediscover her joyful puppy spirit.
