Hundreds of Dalmatians are found abandoned or left unwanted in shelters every year. Dalmatian Rescue steps in to rescue, rehab, and rehome these poor souls into new, loving homes. The purpose of this page is to help spread the word about dogs in need of assitance. The following are a list of some of the non-profit Dalmatian Rescue Organizations across the US. Spending time with my rescue dogs 🐶. Each dog has a story. Stories that have never been told. Screams for help and love 💕. Fear of losing hope again.
Should we just sit back and watch these beautiful souls fall apart? I believe the world would be a better place if we all came together to do the right thing.

Margie, Pola, Lucky, Jesca, Odo and all the other dogs depend on us to be fed and safe. We can't deny that to our shelters because they deserve it.
We are running a campaign to raise money for dog food and supplies for the shelters in the link in our bio. We are counting on you to continue supporting our shelters 🐾. Our shelters need a lot of help to continue supporting these dogs.
Without donations, we would have to limit the number of animals we rescue. This would literally be like closing our doors to these dogs. However, our mission is to help as many as possible. But we can't do this without your generous support.

💔 "It lay still, eyes open, as if waiting for someone to come back… but no one did."
We found it at the end of an alley behind the market.
Collar still on, body covered in wounds.
It lay on its side, eyes open, too weak to move.
Next to it was an empty plastic bowl —
maybe someone had left it there when they didn’t want it anymore.
For a while, we just stood there.
Someone whispered,
“It won’t make it.”
But someone else took off their jacket and wrapped it up.
It didn’t fight — only let out a faint sound, barely a breath.
We drove ten kilometers to find help.
When we arrived, the vet said quietly,
“Its heart is too weak. Be prepared.”
The room went silent.
All we could hear was the slow, broken rhythm of the monitor —
each beep stretching time itself.
We took turns watching, cleaning, hoping it would breathe one more time.
By morning, it opened its eyes. Still cloudy, but alive.
We cried — not knowing if it was from joy or from pain.
Days passed. It started eating again.
Then one morning, it tried to stand.
Its legs shook, but it stood.
The soft tapping of its claws on the floor
was the sound of life coming back.
Now, it still limps a little,
but every morning, it waits for us by the door.
We call it Hope —
because it lived when no one thought it would.
And because it reminded us that sometimes,
life begins again when someone simply chooses not to walk away.
By the side of a deserted road, we found an abandoned dog, his body covered with wounds, trembling in fear. Every step was painful, yet his eyes still held a flicker of hope to live. We could not turn away, so we rushed him to emergency care. 💔
