So I have a patient in the office today for a very minor procedure. He looks at the wall where I have hanging some Egyptian papyrus with images on them. He looks at the image below and says "How fitting for you to have a sacrificial table in your office and a man standing over it with a knife in his hand. Never looked at it with that thought before.

Got an interesting piece of mail today

Okay, I'm a little slow but here is yesterday's honor. Ciara, my former medical assistant and youngest, Was pinned an LPN as she completed that portion of her schooling. Next year at this time she should be an RN. Proud Dad and Boss. I have to be honest, Mom was proud too. Especailly since she got to do the pinning as a nurse

Sometimes we just sit back and smile at our world. Have some people in my life that could use a thank you stickee like this.

We got some new decorations in our office today! We wanted our vital signs station to be functional, stylish, and a bit more obvious. This shows our patients where to go when we first bring them back for their appointment.
The canvases are copies of the original patents for common vital equipment! We love how they turned out. What do you think?
