In 2022, Laurence Mills joined Atlas Tech after a 22-year career with the U.S. Air Force. The DoD SkillBridge program was his path to employment as a Systems Administrator and found something he wasn't expecting from an internship.

"I was treated like a full-time employee from day one. I was assigned to a project and given the same expectations and responsibilities as all other Team Members."

That is exactly the point. SkillBridge at Atlas Tech isn't a placeholder, but a direct path to a second career doing work that matters, alongside a team that understands the military experience, because most of us have lived it.

The DoD SkillBridge program allows service members to gain civilian work experience during their last 180 days of active duty. At Atlas Tech, that means real projects, real accountability and a real path forward.

Another successful Saturday with Park Circle Cares, helping to serve our community! 🥕🍗🥫 A+ Team Members distributed dry goods, canned veggies, frozen chicken, fresh produce, and more, reaching 104 families and supporting over 391 mouths. Grateful for teammates who always show up with heart. 🧡

Our A+ Team showed up strong at the Lowcountry Food Bank! 🍠💪 Together, we packed thousands of sweet potatoes that will be shared with families across the Lowcountry through partners like Park Circle Cares. Grateful for teammates who lead with heart and jump in wherever the community needs us. 🧡

Last Friday, our A+ Chair, Ed Copes, presented a $4,500 check to Burke High School after the A+ Team answered a call for help from their staff and students. Each year, graduating seniors prepare for one of the biggest milestones of their lives: walking the stage at graduation, and with this donation, every single graduating senior at Burke High School will walk the stage this year. We’re proud to support these students as they take their next step toward college, careers, and bright futures. 🎓✨

Today, our leadership team draws on experience across the U.S. Armed Forces, applying the same discipline, accountability and mission focus to every partnership we support.

We understand the environment our customers operate in because many of us have lived it.
