Meet Steve Wenger, the founder of Ghost Kitchen. With over 45 years in hospitality, Steve’s journey began working in restaurants across the country, from dishwashing to management, before landing in Charleston, SC. It was here that he took over Duvall Catering, where he spent 28 years managing corporate contracts, building a strong team, and creating a company culture he’s proud of.

Steve went on to found Ghost Kitchen with a mission to support small food businesses by providing them with the kitchen space and mentorship they need to succeed. Drawing from his wealth of experience, Steve is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of food and beverage professionals in Charleston.

His goal is simple: help others build successful businesses and leave a lasting impact on the local culinary scene.
