True that Thanksgiving is all about pies, but our family added this luscious mousse cake to our annual dessert spread and hands down its the one that everyone fights over! ⁣

For my peanut butter loving clan this was a peanut butter mousse, a dark chocolate fudge cake topped and a peanut butter ganache topped with crushed nutter butter sandwich cookie. such a treat for the taste buds! ⁣

HAPPY NATIONAL PUMPKIN DAY! 🎃 So full disclosure... I'm not the over the top pumpkin spice everything person, but I do love my fall 🍁🍂 baking and pumpkin reigns king in fall desserts! ⁣

This is my insanely popular pumpkin cupcakes. This time around changed things up with a salted chocolate maple buttercream (This Maple Cream from is amazing!) This cupcake will make all your pumpkin dreams come true. (And don't feel so bad eating it - it's a vegetable! 😉)⁣

So this is the end of our fresh picked berries and boy did we enjoy them! These muffins were amazing! Fresh, fruity, flavor-packed (Added in some flax and swapped out white flour for oat for a little extra goodness) The crumb topping was a delightful addition. They were a fresh breakfast treat and perfect with afternoon coffee! ⁣

This experiment comes with alot of nostalgia - my husband had raving about Karachi's Bombay Bakery's Coffee Cake for years and finally stumbled upon a recipe base to start with (recipe shared in pic 4)
The in me can never follow exact directions so of course i altered things! Had a few iterations and finally have it perfect! Light fluffly cake with a delicate hint of coffee. (And of course I upped one version to the max amount of expresso I could add and was buzzing for 48 hours after that point!) In any case, this happily brought us back to Karachi for a few mins! .
The buttercream can several variations as well but try out what your personal preference is. .

Here is one of my creations - Chocolate peanut butter cupcakes. A sinfully dark chocolate fudge cupcake with a silky peanut butter buttercream topped with a peanut butter cup crumble using those awesome Unreal dark chocolate peanut butter cups .

THIS is the deliciousness that came out of that mango drangonberry project! A light, airy mango dragonberry mouse faintly zested with orange. Paired with a biscoff cookie crunch and fresh guava raspberry jam. It was so many flavors and textures coming together for an tasteful collaboration! 🥭 .
