Please help us welcome Reese Pszenny, the newest Project Coordinator in CUBE 3’s Boston office.

Reese recently graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Her passion for engineering began early—when she was in third grade, she wrote about her goal of becoming an engineer and attending WPI. Years later, she accomplished exactly that.

Throughout her academic career and internships, Reese developed a strong foundation in design principles, building performance, HVAC systems, structural design, and project coordination. She is particularly interested in building envelope design and sustainable building systems and enjoys exploring how thoughtful design can enhance both building performance and the occupant experience.

Drawn to both the built and natural environments, Reese is excited to continue learning, growing, and contributing alongside the talented team at CUBE 3.

We’re excited to have Reese join the team and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make as she begins her career at CUBE 3.

Please help us welcome Keira Jennings, the newest Project Coordinator in CUBE 3’s Boston office. Keira recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she built a strong foundation in architectural design, project coordination, and creative problem-solving. During her time at UMass, she participated in community-focused design projects that reinforced her passion for creating spaces that foster connection, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging. A dual citizen of Ireland and the United States, Keira is eager to continue growing her skills and contributing to projects that positively impact the communities we serve.

Welcome to the team, Keira! We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish at CUBE 3.

At CUBE 3, we're always happy to support events that bring people together for a great cause—and at the Boston Seaport delivered on every level.

Our team had a great time sampling some delicious ice cream while supporting the important work of Dana-Farber and The Jimmy Fund. To date, the event has raised more than $8.2 million to advance cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Great ice cream, great company, and an even greater mission.

Please give a warm welcome to Edwin Salas who recently joined our Miami team as Job Captain.

Born in Venezuela, Edwin moved to the United States at the age of four and has called Miami home ever since. He has always been inspired by design in all its forms, from graphic design and video animation, to VR, AR, and architecture, and enjoys the process of learning new software and bringing creative ideas to life.

Professionally, Edwin’s experience has primarily focused on mixed-use residential developments and custom single-family homes, while also contributing to hospitality design projects. Throughout his architectural career, he has worked on projects across Saudi Arabia, the Caribbean, and Florida on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

We are delighted to have him with us and look forward to all of his future contributions to the firm.

He enjoys collaborating with others, solving design challenges, and continuing to grow professionally within the industry. Earlier this month, Nik Middleton, Michele Quinn Littlefield, and Chad Carr had the pleasure of joining Northland Chair Larry Gottesdiener and hundreds of others for the first topping-off ceremony of Pattern District, a new chapter for Newton Upper Falls.

More than a decade in the making, the 822-unit project — which will include 145 units designated for lower- and middle-income residents — will feature 1.5 acres of green space and nearly 100,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, all centered around a 1.5-acre park with bike and pedestrian paths, 750 trees, water features, and the already completed community splash pad.

When complete, the project will be the largest privately funded development in the country to meet the rigorous environmental standards required for Passive House certification.

Last week, Caroline Golota and Andrea Hester attended the Built to Lead 2026 Women’s Summit, the first event of its kind bringing together women from across the construction and built-environment industries. Focused on leadership, mentorship, and career longevity, the summit aims to equip women at every stage of their careers with the tools, relationships, and perspective needed to shape the future of the industry.

The day featured networking opportunities and insights from professionals across architecture, construction, engineering, legal, and safety disciplines. Breakout sessions explored topics such as sponsorship versus mentorship and the importance of heart health for long-term career success.

Thank you to the AGC MA and the BWiC Committee for creating such a meaningful and impactful summit. The experience was a powerful reminder of the value of AEC connections and the impact they have in advancing opportunities for women across the industry.

As always, it was our privilege to sponsor and participate in the Gold Star Run for Honor. For 20 years now, this event, honoring the memory of CPL Scott Procopio who was killed in Iraq in 2006, is an inspiring and emotional event for everyone involved.

Our team this year included Tino Freitas, Ryan Garrett, Alexa Jankowsky, and Michele Quinn Littlefield, as well as a handful of incredibly supportive family members and friends. We have to congratulate everyone for participating, with a special nod to Alexa who WON the women’s 5K!

Year after year the event raises thousands of dollars for the CPL. Scott J. Procopio Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides educational scholarships to children, siblings, and spouses of members of United States Armed Forces that have been killed in combat operations.

There are few things more inspiring than a great group of people, a memorable night, and a stunning skyline.

Our Miami team recently set sail for a sunset cruise through beautiful Biscayne Bay, taking in the city’s historic waterfront, iconic architecture, and unforgettable skyline.

While the clouds rolled in with a little extra drama, they made for some incredible views — and even better photos. We’ll always be grateful for moments like these that bring people together outside the day-to-day.
