Real estate later in life often involves more than a move.

It can mean helping a parent transition, deciding whether to downsize, managing an inherited property, or simply planning for the future.

That's why we focus on the 55+ community—because these decisions deserve thoughtful guidance, not pressure.

If you're starting to think about what's next for you or a loved one, we're always happy to be a resource and help you explore your options.

Proud to support Essex County Habitat for Humanity at the Golf Fore Homes Tournament held at the beautiful Ipswich Country Club. It was a great day of golf, networking, and conversations about creating more housing opportunities in our communities. Looking forward to continuing the conversations.

When families inherit a home, one of the first questions is often: "Should we fix it up or sell it as-is?"

The answer depends on the home's condition, the market, and your goals—not assumptions. Before spending money on repairs, take time to understand what the property actually needs.

Questions about an inherited property? We're always happy to help.

Lynn's housing market remained active in May, with homes across all property types selling at or near asking price. Strong demand and steady inventory continue to support a competitive market for both buyers and sellers.

The Dracut market remained active in May, with single-family homes selling above asking price and condos continuing to move quickly. Low inventory continues to keep competition strong.

An inherited home can quickly become a liability if no one is managing it.
A little planning today can prevent a lot of headaches tomorrow.

A great afternoon of learning, conversation, and connection at our ADUs for Senior Living event in Wakefield!

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success. It was encouraging to see so much interest in housing solutions that help seniors age in place while staying connected to family and their communities.

A special thank you to our speakers:
• Nicole Johnson and Lynda Sullivan, The Revelution Group
• Cathi Tammany, Community Teamwork
• Cathleen Summers, Generations Law Group

We also appreciate the support of the Wakefield Senior Center and Wakefield Cable TV for helping bring this important conversation to the community.

It was wonderful to see so many members of the senior services community, along with local residents and families, come together to learn, share ideas, and explore the possibilities that ADUs can provide.

The thoughtful questions and discussions afterward showed just how relevant ADUs and multigenerational housing have become for families throughout Massachusetts.
