You don’t have to feel guilty for experiencing joy while you’re still growing.

For a long time, I thought joy was something you earned after the work was finished. You know… After the goal was reached. Or, things settled down and everything was “handled.”

I’m learning through the life journey that it doesn’t really work that way. There will always be more work. Goals will evolve and new responsibilities will emerge.

BUT… through it all, we still have permission to experience joy.

You are allowed to enjoy the life you’re building. Are you?
