n the dress with a tracking number to the address it came from within 2 to 3 days after the pageant, ( I EXPECT IT TO BE IN THE MAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER BY THE FIRST MONDAY AFTER THE PAGEANT) if not a $25.00 a day fee will be charged unless other arrangements are made.
* Failure to Return Fee: If for any reason the dress(es) (and accessories) is (are) not returned, an additional fee of 5 times the rental fee will be charged.
* Loss or Damage: The renter is solely responsible for the safe care and return of the dress(es) and accessories in good condition, and the renter shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to the dress(es) and accessories.
* Damage: Of course, normal wear occurs, but if there is significant damage to the dress, either a reasonable repair fee will be assessed or a compulsory purchase of the dress (at a fair price determined by Pageant Rentals by Dawn) will be required. This also includes tanning stains.
* Title to Dress(es): Pageant Rentals by Dawn retains ownership of the dress(es) until such time that the ownership is transferred through a bill-of-sale.
* Dresses: please note that not all my dresses are in excellent condition. However all are in rentable condition and will be sold when they start to show some wear.
* Paypal Payment: please send as gift or add an extra 4% for Paypal fees. If I have to invoice you I will add the 4% to each transaction. Please write a note on Paypal stating your name, address , dress ,date of use and how much more you owe on your rental.
