Purpose: Serve as community development corporation that research, educate, participate and communicate in the best interest of concerned citizens for fair economic opportunity and growth. Goals: Educate home owners, empower neighborhoods, enhance property value and quality of life. Objective: Build smart community, empowerment zone, produce new creditable business, increase tax base revenue.
