Exciting news for the Hampton Roads area!
US News & World Report recently released their list of "Best Places to Live in the U.S. in 2023-2024," which looked at the 150 most populous metros. Only two Virginia cities made the list: Virginia Beach came in at #30, and Richmond at #42. the list cited VB's "friendly residents... relaxed atmosphere... and the Hampton Roads job market" among other things.
