Technology opens doors, and we're proud to help create more opportunities in our communities.
The Daycos team recently donated retired technology equipment to the Liberty Centre Services, Inc. in Norfolk, including eight Acer and ASUS monitors, two Dell laptops, keyboards, mice, and the necessary cables to support their growing technology initiative.
After learning about the Liberty Centre's vision during a local Pitch Night, we were inspired by their efforts to develop adult workstations that help individuals build confidence and familiarity with technology. These workstations will provide access to essential online resources, including job applications, employment opportunities, and telehealth services, helping individuals overcome barriers and connect with the tools they need to thrive.
By repurposing decommissioned equipment, we're helping extend the life of technology while supporting a project that creates meaningful opportunities for learning, independence, and personal growth.
We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Liberty Centre and contribute to an initiative that's making a lasting impact in Northeast Nebraska.

Sometimes the best teamwork happens outside the office.
This week, the Daycos team traded desks for trails at Ta-Ha-Zouka Park, working together to hunt for geocaches and enjoy some friendly competition along the way. We wrapped up the afternoon with a picnic lunch, good conversation, and plenty of laughs.
We're grateful for opportunities to connect, build relationships, and spend time together as a team. Thanks to everyone who joined us for another great Daycos outing!

We're proud to celebrate Daycos Director of Communications, Angela Henery, on the release of her debut novel, The Year Before Hope.
With support from our employee development program, Angela transformed a personal experience into a published work centered on infertility, loss, and hope. Her commitment to making an impact extends beyond the pages of the book: For every 10 paperback copies sold, she will donate a miscarriage care kit through the Early Pregnancy Loss Association.
At Daycos, we believe growth happens both inside and outside the workplace, and we're honored to support our employees as they pursue meaningful goals that make a difference.

10 years of Daycos4Good.
What started as a commitment to give back has grown into a decade of supporting communities, lending a hand where it’s needed, and showing up for causes bigger than ourselves.
To celebrate the milestone, we rolled out new Daycos4Good anniversary shirts featuring an updated logo that represents the impact our team has made together over the last 10 years.
And honestly… they look pretty good too.
A big thank you to every employee, partner, and organization that has been part of the journey so far. We’re proud of what Daycos4Good has become, and we’re just getting started.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Carroll as our May Employee Spotlight for the theme: Mentors and Motivators.
Carroll’s willingness to share his knowledge, encourage growth, and support his teammates has made a lasting impact across our team. Through patience, guidance, and years of industry experience, he has helped others strengthen their technical skills, build confidence, and better understand the importance of thoughtful design, documentation, and testing.
One teammate shared:
“Carroll has been instrumental in my growth as a software engineer… I am very grateful that he is part of my team and is so willing to help me improve.”
Another added:
“When I started on the team, I had little to no knowledge about how our backend process works… Carroll was very patient and took the time to walk me through everything.”
Thank you, Carroll, for leading by example and for investing in the success of those around you. Your mentorship continues to make a difference every day.

Last week, our employee-led committee at Daycos turned giving back into a full-company challenge.
Teams competed in trivia, where every correct answer earned the chance to pack another item into donation bags supporting local students facing food insecurity over summer break. From popcorn to soup cups and other everyday essentials, every answer helped make a difference.
Together, our team packed:
• 100 food bags
• 17 different items in every bag
Additionally, 150 feminine care packs were donated through Access Period .
These donations will support students at Norfolk Middle School and Norfolk Junior High as the school year comes to a close and summer begins.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, competed, and packed. It’s a good reminder that a little friendly competition can create a real impact in our communities.
