Pretty surreal seeing Evolve For All on the front page of the Norfolk Daily News.

What started as a conversation about a gap in the fitness industry has become a community of athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, donors, and supporters proving every day that fitness should be accessible to everyone.

The article talks about me, but this isn’t about me.

It’s about every athlete who walked through our doors not knowing what was possible and decided to give it a shot anyway.
