If you have not taken our "Mobility Recovery & Injury Prevention " assessment, please do so.
These assessments play a critical role with "On Field" "On Court" athletes and/or "General Population "
We will be able to identify unstabled posture, weak muscles,joint movements,anything that would be suitable for injury.
Our Assessments would be able to tell us if your at risk for injury or reduce risk for injury.

Assessment Scores:
Goal-14 points or higher(Reduce risk for Injury)
13 points or lower(Higher risk for injury
Grade Scores :
*Complete Proper movement =3
*Complete movement with compensation=2
*Unable to perform movement =1
*Pain while performing movements=0(please see your local physician)
Please do not drop in expecting to get a good workout. Everyone needs to be assessed for us to put the proper program to fit each individual(General population included)

A lot of players are coming off of hard fought games this past weekend.
Dealing with soreness and stiffness..let's get you prepared for the week.
1hr 1/2 to 2hrs of mobility work and muscle Recovery.
8am-12pm
