For over 35 years, I’ve worked in the Italian culinary world, running an Italian restaurant and perfecting traditional dishes. For the past 10 years, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding small groups through Italy, sharing the food, wine, culture, and beauty of the country.

This isn’t my main business, but it’s one of my greatest passions. I only do one trip a year, and seats are limited. For this year, I have a fall trip, and for next year, a spring trip is already in the works.
