Most know that for the last year me and my wife have been building a new home here in northern Garrard county.. While building I found myself with the customer contractor role reversed on a few aspects of the house.. As a person who has been a general contractor for almost 20 years I did not think it possible to be hustled by another contractor.. wrong!!

A word of advise when hiring any type of work done or entering into a service agreement, do a little research into the person and not only ask for references but check them. This mistake added about $3000.00 and a month delay to my project.. We make our share of mistakes everyday, but we try to be professionals and handle them as they come up..
