Thinking about breastfeeding or currently breastfeeding and looking for support?

Join Calming Nature Doula Service for our monthly Breastfeeding “How To” class!

Whether you’re expecting or already caring for your little one, this class will help you build confidence and learn practical tips for a successful breastfeeding journey.

Topics include:
✔ Getting started with breastfeeding
✔ Latch and positioning
✔ Building and maintaining milk supply
✔ Common challenges and solutions
✔ Pumping and milk storage
✔ Q&A with experienced support professionals

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Gun Safety & Injury Prevention Training at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center!

Every discussion, every question, and every person who participates helps move us closer to a safer community for all.

A special thank you to Lt. Phillips and John Marcyan for sharing their expertise and providing valuable information on safe firearm handling, secure storage practices, responsible ownership, and injury prevention.

This training is part of our ongoing Non-Violence, Gun Safety, and Injury Prevention Initiative, made possible through funding from the Health Foundation for Western & Central New York. Together, we are working to increase awareness, prevent injuries, and empower community members with the knowledge and tools they need to keep themselves and their loved ones safe.
