What a way to finish this epic five day ride... bike fishing in the morning ðŸ˜, multiple flat tires, a mini-pile up crash at a rail crossing, and finally, being caught in a massive thunderstorm and the riders had to be ferried out by the support vans... we have made it to Niagara Falls!

What can I say? Sanctuary Riders are a bunch of thrill seekers. One rider ended up in the canal and the team performed an amazing feat fishing his bike out. Luck was definitely on our side today when Micah found that long ‘stick’ LOL.

Eventful Day 4! Today we rode along the beautiful Erie Canal in glorious weather. However in the morning we had bike issues that had to be fixed in Geneva (NY, not Europe). And in the afternoon, at Egypt (again, NY, not Africa) one unlucky Sanctuary Rider found out the hard way that he is severely allergic to bee sting. All good though and we are ready for Niagara Falls tomorrow!

With big climbs and big (scary) dips, even the bikes need a bit of lie down. Day 3 done and dusted with lots of local deliciousness. Well done everyone - we are now more than half way!

Happy Friday! The Sanctuary Riders have just left Delhi (50 degrees... brrrrr) and on our way to Ithaca. Lots of climbing today so wish us luck!!!!
