Boy, he loves his garlic. He also still tries to help out with our huge garden out back in the summer. The Casa Nova Garden is Nash's pride and joy these days, besides his family of course. Speaking of family, the restaurant is now being run by Nash's son John. The Casa Nova has gone through many improvements over the years under John's management. A new programmable LED sign out front, fully redesigned and decorated interior, and many improvements in the kitchen just to name a few.
