Rode the adorable Frankenstein this afternoon. He is a very interesting cross of Clydesdale and hackney. Very sweet boy he is, and I look forward to learning how to ride him better! Also love how many critters live on this farm! Dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, goats, bunnies, donkeys, ducks, so much cute!
Still one of my favorite movies of all time. Feeling nostalgic for my horsey childhood

Fun when family pays a visit. My sister, brother in law, and nephews stopped by the farm yesterday on their long road trip from Florida back to Michigan. Ace enjoyed meeting his “cousins”. @ Watkinsville, Georgia
Ace thinks working life is pretty dumb but he’s coming around. Good boy!
For someone who’s been an ears pinned grumpy, bucking, kicking jerk under saddle all week, he’s awfully pleasant to want to come in every day 🤷🏾♀️. Not sure what’s wrong with Ace, perhaps he just needs an attitude adjustment, but we’re working on getting to the bottom of it. Always something with horses...

Ace did his first little gymnastic today and was such a good boy!
Boys’ first time out after their long journey from PA to Aiken to Georgia finally late last night. Glad they made it here mostly in 1 piece. Dino sliced his eyelid in the trailer, but he’ll be ok.

I decided that Ace deserved a proper halter with his name on it since Dino already has one. Doesn’t hurt that the halter was on sale and the engraving was free 😊. Thanks it’s really pretty. Almost too pretty to use lol.
