Kitchen Remodel Completed!!
*Kitchen had a 6 inch soffit above the cabinets for no reason other than filler.
*Took out 3/4 of a wall for breakfast bar overhang.
*Removed oven electrical line
*Ran new range line from panel
*Moved a switch and outlet
*New trim - baseboard and shoemolding to match existing
*Removed all wallpaper on walls and ceiling, added drywall in few areas, spackled, sanded and painted.
*New vinyl flooring (Tybee Oak - Floor and Decor)
*LED lights rewired 4” in kitchen, 3” recessed above sink
*Small cabinet next to the pantry. There was chimney, so I removed everything framed it out a little bit further and gave him a custom built shelving and small cabinet matching the paint color to the cabinets.
*All new appliances
*Countertop
*Backsplash 3x6” subway white with frost grout
