Learning doesn't stop when school ends.
For many individuals with autism, some of the most important lessons happen outside the classroom—at the grocery store, in the community, on public outings, and through everyday experiences that build confidence and independence.
That's where our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) make a difference.
As a DSP, you'll work one-on-one with individuals with autism, helping them develop real-world life skills while exploring their communities and achieving meaningful goals.
It's meaningful work. Flexible schedules. Real impact.
Ready to help create a classroom without walls?

Last Tuesday, we celebrated a milestone that was years in the making. 🎓💙
Please join us in congratulating the Springtime School Class of 2026!
While two of our graduates were able to attend the ceremony and celebration, we are incredibly proud of all three graduates and this remarkable achievement.
Behind every graduation is a journey filled with growth, perseverance, determination, and countless accomplishments—both big and small. These graduates have worked hard to overcome challenges, build confidence, develop new skills, and achieve goals that once seemed far away.
At Potential, we believe autism is not a limitation. Every individual has unique strengths, talents, and possibilities waiting to be discovered. Watching these graduates reach this moment reminds us why we do what we do.
To our graduates and their families: thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. We are incredibly proud of all you have accomplished and excited to see what comes next.
Congratulations, graduates! Your future is bright. ✨

☀️ Summer doesn't have to mean lost progress.
For many individuals with autism, long breaks from routine can lead to the "Summer Slide"—a regression of hard-earned social, communication, and life skills.
But what if summer became an opportunity instead?
In our latest blog, we explore how families can transform seasonal downtime into a Summer Surge by using everyday experiences to build confidence, independence, and real-world readiness.
From grocery stores and community events to employment preparation and social skill development, discover how learning can continue long after the classroom doors close.
The Summer Surge: Mastering Life Skills Outside The Classroom - Potential Don't let summer vacation stall your child's progress. Discover how Potential turns the "Summer Slide" into a life skills surge to defeat the Graduation Cliff.

Did you miss last month’s blog?
We’ve spent two decades building the gear, but right now, there aren’t enough hands to hold the ropes.
For many autistic individuals and their families, graduating from school can mean losing access to critical support systems — a reality often called the “graduation cliff.” At Potential, we see firsthand how important continued services, life skills, and community support are for adults with autism to thrive.
Read this month’s blog to learn why this gap exists, what families are facing across Pennsylvania, and how we can create more meaningful pathways forward together.
