A signed Emergency Treatment Order is a powerful tool that can save a life. ✊
Every adult with adrenal insufficiency should have a copy of the Adrenal Crisis Emergency Treatment Order and Information for Adults signed by their physician and kept with their emergency kit at all times.
In an emergency, seconds matter. Present this form to EMS personnel when calling 911 and to hospital staff immediately upon arrival at the Emergency Department. It provides critical information needed to recognize and treat an adrenal crisis without delay.

✅ Have it signed by your physician.
✅ Keep it with your emergency kit.
