Guests are invited to join us in our dining room or on our observation deck from 8-10AM to enjoy our rotating menu of seasonal dishes!

Breakfast at The Outlook Inn is anything but ordinary! 🍽 Wake up and enjoy a rotating menu of hearty dishes that will please your savory palate and delight your sweet tooth.
We also offer a daily classic dish of eggs cooked to order, served alongside a protein and toast of your choice. 🍳

Room 3 is perfect for getting the party started, or unwinding after a day of exploring downtown Newport! This chic yet cozy retreat is located on the first floor and features a king-size bed, a wet bar, mini fridge and an en-suite bathroom.
