Internship Summary

HungryButtons Internship program is designed for college students to get real-life experience in sales, marketing, and communications. The goal of this internship is to continue to grow the brand reputation of HungryButton.com and help increase sales & customer satisfaction on campus and the local region.

Internship Expectations

10 -15 hours a week
Restaurant retention by weekly visits with managers/owners on behalf of the HungryButton brand
Organizing and executing promotions with restaurants on a weekly basis
Restaurant growth through signing new restaurants
Technical support between home office and restaurants for installing and troubleshooting printers at restaurant locations.
Complete weekly customer satisfaction surveys ( # of surveys is determined by HungryButton’s marketing director)
Managing and posting on social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on a daily or weekly basis
Weekly hour call with Marketing Director to game plan and review marketing campaigns for upcoming weeks and months
Following our Internship Roadmap that is designed and managed by the marketing/sales director
Brainstorming additional ideas to implement in the growth process of brand reputation
Additional tasks requested by the HungryButton corporate team within the scope of marketing, sales, and communications.

Internship Skills / Qualifications

Degree in business/communications is preferred but not required
Sales experience a plus
Has open availability as hours are based around having free time to execute tasks
Social Media experience with maintaining and growing brands
Computer savvy, team player and self-driven
