Ava and I are in the process of developing two free Facebook groups geared towards helping moms and dads achieve better health, have more energy and productivity, improve their stress management and mental health, which will help them be the best role models, husbands and wives, and parents.
The group for mothers is called “Movement for Moms by Primitive Wellness” and the group for dads is called “Fitness for Fathers by Primitive Wellness.”
We are in the early stages of development right now, but we plan to post weekly resources in video, image, and post format. The groups will be private (still free), so if you would like to be apart of these groups before we fully launch, let us know and we can send you an invite!
