Meet Doc Reid, a proud AKA from Talladega College in Alabama, a world class Pediatrician who became the first African American Pediatrician in Private Practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. She went on to become a Director at The National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland and was a trailblazer in sickle cell research for the U.S. Government. Doc Reid is the mother of Dr. Clarice Wimberly, co-owner of The Wimberly Collection and will be turning 95 years-old this year. We celebrate her legacy with a very Premium Agave Spirit. “Doc Reid’s Reposado” is a legacy in a glass and we are proud to share it with you 🥃
